Having experienced high-level recruitment firsthand, Okay Djamgouz developed personal relationships with coaches and programs throughout North America. Many of these connections originated during his own recruitment process, including relationships with coaches who recruited him at the prep school and NCAA Division I levels.
This experience provides DGSM with a unique perspective on what coaches look for in student-athletes, how recruitment decisions are made, and the importance of identifying programs that align with each athlete's abilities, academic standing, and long-term potential.
